Our story so far and the people behind Clarity

Our story so far …

We’ve led, worked in and consulted to marketing and sales teams all over the world. We’ve sat on leadership teams at companies big and small, across a variety of sectors. Wherever we were, we kept seeing the same things, again and again.

  1. Marketing teams and sales teams operating in silos, failing to align behind a clear strategy, vision and message.

  2. Time and energy invested into top-of-the-funnel marketing only to see great leads fall through the cracks with poor sales enablement.

  3. And millions spent on sales and marketing without ever speaking to buyers to find out what they really wanted.

Convinced that things could be so much better, we came up with a simple solution: to stand in the shoes of the buyer and focus all our energy on their experience.

And so Clarity was born: a B2B marketing consultancy committed to creating brilliant buyer experiences.

Diana Byrne

Founder and CMO

Straight talking, honest and obsessed with the buyer experience, Diana helps organisations to gain real clarity on what’s needed from marketing and sales teams to win more customers and drive faster growth.

With more than 25 years’ experience as a global marketing leader and mentor, she has solved critical challenges and driven marketing performance programmes for some of the biggest and most innovative brands across industries and markets.

An avid fan of lifelong learning, Diana is Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a qualified Lego Serious Play Facilitator and holds strategy accreditations from the likes of IDEO U and Harvard Business School. (Beware: if you ask her about her time in Harvard, you may never get away!)

Diana also moonlights as a postgraduate lecturer at TrinityTangent, specialising in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

 

Amanda Galvin

Operations Manager

Amanda is chief do-er of all the important operational, financial and legal stuff at Clarity. 

Thanks to two decades of experience in project management in both the public and private sectors - and as certified Prince2 Practitioner and Scrum Master - Amanda has a keen eye for detail and a real passion for process. 

Put simply, she keeps the wheels turning - freeing up Diana to get on with doing what she does best with clients. 

Internally we know Amanda as our Chief of Staff. Think Doug Stamper levels of dedication from House of Cards - just with a bit less of the killing.
